Crystal’s journey began in 2005 as a technical writer for NASA and aircraft certification, where they honed their skills in precision and clarity. In 2009, they transitioned into healthcare communications, marketing, and branding, bringing their unique voice to a field that demands both empathy and expertise. They joined Provide in 2017 to lead content creation, programmatic marketing, and communication strategies that support outreach and fundraising initiatives. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Commercial Writing and a minor in Advertising, a foundation that has fueled their dynamic career.
A California native raised in the Deep South, Crystal currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA, with their energetic dog, Stevie Wonder, and dog-like cat, Prince. When not at work, they find joy in knitting, nature, meditation, cooking, playing piano, gardening, and celebrating Halloween year-round.
