Jenny Koza (she/her) specializes in trauma-informed research and evaluation for nonprofit organizations. She believes that research and evaluation should center people’s humanity: numbers are an important part of the process–and they lose their effectiveness, and can cause a lot of harm, if we forget they reflect actual humans and their experiences. She approaches her work from an equity and anti-racist lens and has over 10 years of experience in the field.
